There are four types of records: Producer, Wine, Tasting, and Event:
You can store tastings and link them to the wine name and producer. Group multiple tastings into events.

PRODUCER: who introduced that wine to the market with a label and brand name, usually producing it every year.
WINE: the commercial name on the label, which remains consistent across vintages.
TASTING: a single bottle of a specific wine tasted at a specific time.
EVENT: an occasion where one or more wines are tasted.
Each tasting is linked to a wine and optionally to an event.
In the tasting form, you score the wine using one of two systems:

Simplified: evaluate appearance, nose, taste, and overall impression.
Professional: detailed breakdown of each component, leading to a 100-point wine rating.
